I witnessed deju2 trying to get this match rolling for 3 days straight. In that time period the most that I witnessed dsm doing was occasionally saying 'hi', but not responding any further when asked about playing the match. Finally dsm arranged a time of 1730utc with deju2, while at the same time seeming to try to influence deju2 to forfeit the match. Consistent with previous behaviour, deju2 provided an ip address and waited on server at the arranged time, only to be told by dsm that he would have to wait another hour. It was at this point that I warned dsm that if he made any further postponements then a WO would be awarded at 1845utc. Needless to say, dsm did not show up.

DSM got STERN WARNING for insults and idling - one more warning = kick from season without discussion!
deju2 - be more accurate to schedule games (no warning for u).
